今天（11月24日）距离北京冬残奥会开幕式还有整整100天的时间，我们带你一起回顾残疾人冰雪运动最初的样子，共同期待2022冬残奥会的精彩。
On March 4, 2022, Beijing will welcome approximately 600 of the world’s best Paralympic athletes for the 2022 Paralympic Winter Games. With the Beijing Winter Paralympics now just 100 days away, let’s take a look at how the Games and the Chinese Paralympic team have grown over the years.

第一届冬残奥会：滑雪比赛
第二次世界大战结束后，由于有许多受伤的士兵和普通人试图重新参加滑雪等冬季活动，残疾人冬季体育运动逐渐发展起来。
1976年2月21日至28日，第一届冬季残奥会在瑞典的恩舍尔兹维克举办。
这届冬残奥会共有16个国家和地区的198名视障和肢残运动员参加了高山滑雪和越野滑雪两个项目、53个级别项目的比赛。
此后冬残奥会每四年举办一次，同冬奥会的举办年份和周期保持一致，截至到目前已举办了12届。
Winter sports for athletes with physical impairment gradually emerged as a concept after World War II, as large numbers of injured soldiers and civilians tried to return to their skiing activities.
The first Paralympic Winter Games was held in Sweden in 1976, with competitions held in alpine and cross-country skiing events for amputees and visually impaired athletes. Paralympic Winter Games have taken place every four years since then.

中国：从首次参赛到首枚金牌
中国残疾人冬季运动起步较晚，直到2002年美国盐湖城冬残奥会，中国体育代表团才首次参赛。
在2018年平昌冬残奥会越野滑雪男子坐姿15公里比赛中，中国选手郑鹏发挥出色，获得第四名，这一成绩创造了中国队冬残奥会个人项目最好成绩。
在平昌冬残奥会轮椅冰壶决赛中，中国队历经加时以6:5险胜劲旅挪威队，从而登上最高领奖台。这是中国代表团在所参加的历届冬季残奥会上斩获的首枚奖牌，也是首枚金牌，完成了从无到有的突破。
2021年轮椅冰壶世锦赛，中国队战胜瑞典队，再次获得世界冠军。
面对即将到来的北京冬残奥会，中国轮椅冰壶队的教练和队员们不敢有丝毫懈怠。
步入位于中国残疾人体育运动管理中心的轮椅冰壶训练馆时，一条大红底色的标语赫然醒目——“平昌夺冠已成历史，从零开始奔向北京。”
2022年北京冬残奥会，期待中国选手继续乘风破浪，创造佳绩。
China has participated in the last five Winter Paralympics, after making their debut at the 2002 Salt Lake City Paralympic Winter Games.
At the 2018 PyeongChang Paralympic Winter Games, Chinese athletes won the wheelchair curling final, claiming the country’s first-ever medal at the Games.

2022北京冬残奥会倒计时100天
2022年北京冬残奥会将于3月4日至13日举行，为期10天。
届时运动员将参加两个大类中6个运动项目共78个不同竞赛项目的奖牌争夺——雪上运动：高山滑雪、越野滑雪、冬季两项和单板滑雪；冰上运动：残疾人冰球和轮椅冰壶。
这些赛事将在北京、延庆和张家口三个赛区的六个场馆内举行。其中两个场馆 - 国家体育馆（残疾人冰球）和国家游泳中心（轮椅冰壶） - 是2008年北京夏季奥运会和残奥会的遗留场馆。
The Paralympics will take place over 10 days from 4 to 13 March, with athletes competing in 78 different events across six sports in two disciplines: snow sports (alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, biathlon and snowboarding) and ice sports (para ice hockey and wheelchair curling).
These events will be staged at six venues in the three competition zones of central Beijing, Yanqing and Zhangjiakou. Two of these venues - the National Indoor Stadium (para ice hockey) and the National Aquatic Centre (wheelchair curling) - are legacy venues from the 2008 Olympics and Paralympics.

China's central bank on Wednesday issued a set of commemorative coins for the Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games.
Each set includes two coins, one gold and one silver, both featuring the official emblem of the Winter Paralympics on the obverse, decorated with pictures of the Great Wall and snowflakes, according to the People's Bank of China.
